Genesis Staffing is currently looking for bilingual (English/Spanish)customer service representatives in Whitehouse, TX to join our client's team! Our customer is committed to minimizing environmental impact while delivering exceptional customer service. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, position is temp to hire paying $18.00/hr.

Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic, bilingual Customer Service Representative who will not only excel in providing outstanding customer service but also play a vital role in assisting with various administrative tasks. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the efficient operation of our office while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best in class Customer Service to customers through phone, email and in person interactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of waste management services to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide administrative support to teams as needed.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and emails.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Enter data into systems and databases and perform daily record keeping functions, maintaining and keeping accurate and up to date customer records.
  • Enter financial and operational data into relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and security in all administrative and finance tasks.
  • Generate reports and summaries for management as required, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in customer service roles required, preferably within in-bound call centers.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software, ability to easily learn new software functionality required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities required.
  • Must pay attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are required.
