Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (college preferred), 1-2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and JD Edwards preferred.
Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential.
The salary range is $35,000-$50,500, with potential sales incentive compensation based on sales performance.
