HiFyve is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing facility!
Shift Options:
Full-Time: Flexible schedule | Starting at $18.60/hour, with higher pay based on experience
Location: Luxemburg, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support related to orders, product information, and general inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Manage the order process for assigned accounts, including order entry, changes, confirmations, and proactive communication regarding status, delays, or special requirements.
Gather and input key information for customer quotes, including customer details, product specifications, and end-use information.
Collaborate with the Estimator/Buyer to ensure quote accuracy.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, proactively identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent, solution-oriented support.
Maintain and update customer-specific information, including digital work instructions, preferred contact methods, and service expectations.
Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and provide front-line customer support with courtesy and efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and data maintenance in ERP and/or CRM systems.
Coordinate the shipment of samples, literature, and marketing materials to customers and prospective accounts.
Collaborate with production scheduling, shipping, and quality teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and meet customer expectations.
Monitor account activity and identify trends or issues. Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to resolve potential challenges before they escalate.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including customer experience initiatives, process enhancements, and digital tool adoption.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism by following all company policies and GMP procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and company goals.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of relevant customer service experience preferred.
1 year of call center environment experience preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with ERP systems preferred.
