Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, answering calls and emails with a warm and helpful attitude.
  • Listen carefully to client inquiries, provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general support needs.
  • Help resolve client issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records in our system.

Requirements
  • Kansas Property & Casualty License preferred
  • Claim experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual is a huge plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
