Join a Local Leader in Heating & Air Conditioning
We’re a well-established, locally owned HVAC company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working with a supportive team, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter service calls in Service Titan operating system

  • Answer customer calls with professionalism

  • Register HVAC equipment and update internal records

  • Handle invoicing and maintain customer account information

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Service Titan and HVAC experience a plus (but not required)

     

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Occasional overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
