What your future day will look like:
Communicate to customers about quotes and status of orders
Process customer orders
Learn technical product knowledge to convey to customers
Collaborate with sales and engineering to understand customer needs
Move orders through system to create deliveries to customers

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Strong computer skills Excel & ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
3+ years in a technical customer service or sales role
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand a technical product
