Customer Service Representative

Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our customersanswering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to recommend products or services that meet their needs.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and sales
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

• Strong background in customer service with a focus on quality and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, personable demeanor with professional phone etiquette
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and routine calculations
• Prior customer service, call center, sales, or insurance experience preferred
• Insurance industry experience a plus but not required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Minnesota insurance license (state exam required if not currently licensed)
• Ability to follow company and agency policies and guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)
