Customer Service Representative - Responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels while assisting with training coordination, marketing initiatives, online community management, and CRM administration. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to providing a best-in-class customer experience.


Pay & Schedule:
  • $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
  • 1st Shift
  • Schedule and days may vary


Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, chat, and social media platforms
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, marketing support, operations, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic system issues
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Shopify, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Skool, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting online training programs, memberships, or communities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, professional resolutions
  • Manage product restock notifications and customer follow-up communications
  • Support training communications, reminders, scheduling, and logistics
  • Manage and moderate online communities and member platforms
  • Approve new members, answer questions, and maintain community engagement
  • Update announcements, shared resources, and training materials
  • Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Maintain contact lists, automation workflows, and scheduling systems
  • Support landing page updates, blog content, and basic SEO initiatives
  • Assist with online review monitoring and inventory updates
  • Maintain CRM systems and troubleshooting issues such as duplicates and lead routing
  • Help create FAQs, internal documentation, and customer resources
