Position Overview: 
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dry-cleaning team. This position requires strong customer service skills as well as the ability to safely operate a company van for pick-up and delivery of customer garments and items to and from the store. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and hold a valid driver’s license. 


Key Responsibilities: 
·       Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously. 
·       Receive, tag, and process incoming dry-cleaning and laundry orders accurately. 
·       Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in person or by phone. 
·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and work area. 
·       Safely operate the company van to pick up and deliver garments/items to and from the store. 
·       Load, transport, and unload customer items while ensuring accuracy and care. 
·       Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. 
·       Maintain accurate payments. 
·       Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. 
·       Assist with additional shop duties as needed. 


Qualifications:
·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
·       Prior customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, or related field). 
·       Valid driver’s license. 
·       Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs. 
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Work Environment:
• Combination of front-counter retail environment and driving duties.
 • Requires standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate physical activity. 

Schedule & Compensation:
• Monday through Saturday/Store Hours
