    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term, trusted relationships.

    • Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

    • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses.

    • Process, update, and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

    • Support quotation management and act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

    • Coordinate shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates or potential delays.

    • Assist the finance team in resolving payment discrepancies, credit issues, and contractual questions.

    • Provide first-level technical support, including reviewing customer drawings and specifications where applicable.

    • Monitor service performance and customer feedback, contributing to service quality improvements.

    • Actively identify opportunities to improve processes, digital tools, and ways of working.

    • Support change initiatives and future developments within the customer care organization.

    YOU HAVE:

    • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role within an industrial or B2B environment.

    • Dutch &English skills - advanced level - mandatory

    • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Comfortable handling inbound calls and written customer interactions.

    • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, M3) is a strong advantage.

    • Interest in digital tools, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams

    Pay Transparency

    nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

    Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

    L6.758,30 - L12.583,30 Per Month

    Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
