Job Description:

Call Center Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a dynamic superstar to help support our growing Teams in our Wixom, Michigan Headquarters! This is a great opportunity to support our sales, install and service teams. We have full time and part time openings.

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Basic Microsoft office
  • Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Team players that enjoys a team environment
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules to complete work
  • 1-2 years of customer service handling high call volume /Service Titan scheduling experience preferred
