Customer Service Representative

• Prepare estimates and enter orders for parts, equipment, and repairs

• Communicate pricing, availability, and order updates to customers
• Maintain customer records and support sales team initiatives
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
• 3–5 years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate degree or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
