Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000, based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMThe Opportunity

Join a growing inside sales team as the main point of contact for your customers. You'll keep orders on track from entry to delivery and grow your accounts through upselling and cross-selling. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and emails, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of service
• Enter and process orders accurately, from placement through delivery
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts, identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and introduce new products
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to stage orders, manage inventory needs, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Notify customers of pricing changes and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and share daily updates with the sales team
• Attend daily product meetings, monthly sales meetings, and supplier trainings

What You Bring

• Internship or hands-on experience in customer service, call center, or inside sales with heavy call volume
• Upselling or cross-selling experience (highly desired)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-building style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM and order management experience a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Who Should Apply
