Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customers with product orders, inquiries, and general service needs. In this role, you will process purchase orders, answer incoming customer calls, provide product information, assist with repairs and return authorizations, track shipments, and help customers find the right products for their needs. You will work closely with Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order processing.
