The Panther Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily order processing and customer communications for a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, managing orders, and collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding service.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced office environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Process new customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and dealers regarding:
    • Product information
    • Pricing and availability
    • Technical assistance
    • Repair procedures and status updates
    • Product complaints
  • Help customers identify the correct products for their needs
  • Coordinate with internal departments including:
    • Sales
    • Production
    • Inventory Control
    • Accounting
    • Engineering
    • Shipping
  • Issue Return Authorization (RA) numbers for product returns
  • Coordinate demo loaner requests and shipping paperwork
  • Track shipments and provide customers with tracking information
  • Assist walk-in customers as needed
  • Support additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of customer service, office support, or order processing experience
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling customer questions and resolving issues professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in product support, dealer support, manufacturing, or order entry environments
  • Experience with customer-facing administrative roles
Work Environment
  • Office-based role

  • Routine, structured workflow
  • Occasional interaction with upset customers requiring professionalism and patience
  • Potential occasional trade show support opportunities

Pay is $24-$26 per hour DOE
