What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles is an asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with members through both inbound and outbound interactions
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to discuss available benefit options
- Explain program information in a professional, accurate, and easy-to-understand manner
- Assist members with completing online forms and enrollment documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive member experience
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs

About the Role
