We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist members who have requested information about available benefit options, schedule short virtual appointments, and help guide them through a simple online enrollment process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured, step-by-step training, ongoing support, and the resources needed to become confident in the role.
You will communicate with members by phone, email, and video, answer general questions, update account information, and assist with completing digital applications and forms. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and is looking for a long-term work-from-home career with weekly earnings and room for advancement.

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments with members
- Conduct brief, professional Zoom meetings
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
- Assist members with digital applications and required forms
- Update account information and maintain accurate records
- Ensure documentation is completed and submitted correctly
- Follow established systems and procedures
- Participate in optional coaching and development sessions

Qualifications
