Job Description
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. In this position, you will work with members who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs and help guide them through the next steps.
Your day-to-day work will include arranging virtual appointments, communicating with members by phone, email, and Zoom, answering general questions, and assisting with the completion of online forms and applications.
Previous insurance experience is not necessary. New team members receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and access to the resources needed to become confident in the role.

Job Responsibilities
- Connect with members and arrange virtual appointments
- Lead brief, professional Zoom meetings
- Explain available information in a clear and helpful manner
- Respond to questions and provide ongoing assistance
- Help members complete digital forms and applications
- Review submitted information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records
- Follow established company procedures and compliance standards
- Take part in training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and well organized

- Familiarity with Zoom, email, and basic online platforms
- Ability to stay productive while working independently from home
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
