Customer Service Representative | Wyoming, MI

Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Provide technical assistance and product information to customers as needed.
Recommended Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
