Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 3710 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515 (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $21hr | Weekly Pay + Optional Benefits
Benefits: Paid weekly, health, dental + vision insurance available!
Schedule: 9am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Contract Length: 2 months| conversion pending attendance, performance, and business need
Start date: 10/15/2026
Job Description:
Classic Optical’s CS Rep acts as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices. They are responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. In addition, entering in vision prescription orders and investigating existing ones is part of their duty.
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements:
Highschool diploma/4+ years of customer service experience.

- Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus.
Highschool diploma/4+ years of customer service experience.
