As a Customer Service Representative CSR at Pulse Final Mile you will play a pivotal role in providing support to home delivery services for key clients and local operations. This fast -paced position requires a skilled professional capable of dispatch ing delivery teams maintaining positive customer relationships and driving operational efficiency while directly supporting our clients customers.
