Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centre experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
