We're hiring motivated Customer Service & Collections Representatives to support a major credit card portfolio. In this role, you'll help customers navigate account questions while working collaboratively to resolve past-due balances - all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work Setting: Onsite at our Charlotte Call Center
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
• Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve account inquiries and explain payment options
• Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments
• Carefully review account details to ensure accuracy
• Document conversations clearly and thoroughly
• Meet performance goals in quality, compliance, and recovery

1+ year of customer service, collections, or call center experience
