Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job location: Newark , NJ (Onsite)
Shift Details: Monday-Saturday 12 pm - 8:30pm
Contract Duration: 4 months Contract (with Higher possibility of Extension or Conversion)
Pay rate: $18/hr on W2


Manager Comments on Role: Receive and check in delivery teams as they return from their routes
Verify that all assigned pickups are returned and accounted for
Confirm that all returned items are properly secured, protected, and labeled
Escalate missing, damaged, or unprotected items following established procedures
Complete required documentation for returned pickups and discrepancies
Serve as a knowledgeable contact to answer questions from Costco MDO partners
Provide status updates regarding pickups, returns, and exceptions
Communicate effectively with operations, dispatch, and leadership teams

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It'd be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
