Cedar Crest's General Services Team is seeking a professional, highly organized, and customer-focused individual to join our busy office as a Customer Service Representative

.

This position is responsible for managing a high volume of phone calls, coordinating schedules, and creating and processing work orders for the General Services departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively assist customers both in person and over the phone in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $18.35-$19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule service requests and coordinate appointments for General Services departments
  • Create, process, and maintain work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative office operations
  • Ensure work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner to support accurate billing
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment
  • Communicate effectively with staff, departments, and customers to ensure timely resolution of requests

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong database, data entry, and administrative support experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or work order management systems preferred
  • Previous administrative, dispatching, or customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy while managing competing priorities
