Job Title: Customer Service Reps In-Bound
TMD Staffing is looking to hire CSR's in the North Austin area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person / Call Center Environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to customers experiencing card issues via email, chat, and inbound calls (primarily email/chat)
Act as a subject matter expert to support agents and enhance customer experience
Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner
Handle escalations and provide professional de-escalation support
Respond to customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems
Make outbound calls to customers as needed
Assist with testing system updates and provide feedback
Collaborate across teams to share insights and improve processes
Take ownership of challenging cases to ensure full resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to de-escalate customer concerns professionally
Team player who follows direction and knows when to ask for help
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
PAY RATE
$16.00 per hour + attendance bonus opportunity
SCHEDULE
Monday Saturday, 9:00am 6:00pm CST
