Customer Service/ Returns

GotWorx Staffing is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing eCommerce company in the consumer products space.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll help ensure a smooth customer experience while managing product returns and order-related inquiries.

What You’ll Do

• Process incoming product returns and accurately enter data into internal systems
• Review returned items and document condition (damaged, used, resellable, etc.)
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to resolve order issues
• Provide timely and professional support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist with order-related inquiries, refunds, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

Bonus if you have experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer products

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends )
• Consistent daytime hours
