Customer Service Sales Associate

Binaco is a supplier of promotional products in Brea, CA. We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about the products and services 
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales.
• Build long-lasting strong customer relationships
• Generate package labels using Worldship(UPS) and Shipmanager(FedEx)

​Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of promotional products experience strongly preferred
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to provide in-depth knowledge of products and services and resolving problems
• Proficient in Word, Excel
• Entry level/Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Photography skills a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of shipping software both UPS and FedEx
