Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and the potential to grow into a sales position.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions and handle cashiering duties.
- Stock and organize shelves and merchandise.
- Contact customers by phone when needed.
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Support sales activities and learn the skills needed to grow into a sales role.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
