About the Role A high-end retail store is looking for a polished, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to be the voice — and vibe — of their brand. You'll be the first point of contact for a discerning clientele, delivering a white-glove experience across every channel. This role is equal parts organization and elegance, and the right person knows how to make every interaction feel effortless.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communications
- Manage all incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Handle a high volume of WhatsApp messages for customer service and sales inquiries
- Respond to orders and customer questions in a timely and polished manner
Client Experience
- Deliver an elevated, personalized experience to high-net-worth individuals
- Maintain a consistent, classy tone across all customer touchpoints
Operations & Organization
- Stay on top of incoming orders and ensure accurate follow-through
- Keep communications and workflows organized and detail-tight
Qualifications
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Polished communicator — written and verbal — who can match the energy of a luxury brand
- Comfortable managing high volumes of WhatsApp and phone-based communication
- Professional, composed, and client-focused demeanor
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:30AM–5:30PM | Friday 9:30AM–1:00/2:00PM
