Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
• Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
• Process insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes.
• Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks
• Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
• Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute between locations.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
• Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
• Required: English
• Must be 18+.
