  • Drive branch sales performance by setting, tracking, and achieving individual and team production goals
  • Coach and develop staff to improve sales effectiveness, customer service, and operational performance
  • Actively identify cross-sell opportunities through customer profiling during account opening and teller interactions
  • Support business development and relationship management efforts, including joint client/prospect calls and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to support branch growth, profitability, and client acquisition
  • May act as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to support loan inquiries and assist with lending processes as needed
  • Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
  • Oversee branch operations including new accounts, teller functions, and safe deposit box activities
  • Serve as subject matter expert on branch operational, risk, and compliance procedures
  • Monitor daily and monthly operational reports and ensure required branch certifications are completed
  • Identify and resolve operational deficiencies through appropriate controls and oversight
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce utilization to meet service and operational needs
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development through coaching and feedback
  • Recommend and support hiring, terminations, compensation changes, and performance actions in coordination with leadership
  • Approve time records, schedules, and employee leave requests
  • May serve as branch Safety and/or Security Officer
  • Represent the bank through participation in community, civic, and professional organizations
