BE WICKED INC. is a growing fashion company specializing in lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, swimwear, and fashion accessories. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping grow sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize product line sheets.
- Email line sheets to existing customers and follow up regularly.
- Contact both existing and new customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Book pre-orders and work to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
- Provide outstanding customer service through email and phone.
- Coordinate samples and assist customers with product information.
- Travel 2–3 times per year to trade shows.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to help achieve company sales goals.
- Keep customer information organized using Excel and other computer programs.
- Follow up consistently to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or clothing industry (required).
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computers and business software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional email and phone communication skills.
