We sell and maintain policies across New Mexico in auto, home, renters, motorcycles, RV's, travel trailers, boats, commercial, life insurance and more!

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Delegate tasks
• Call customers for missed payments and signed documentation
• Assist customers in pushing through payments
• Assist customers with making policy changes
• Scan in policy documents
• Communicate effectively with customers and industry partners
• Document detailed interactions in customer accounts
• Cold call local prospective leads
• Participate in community outreach events
• Attain Property and casualty and life insurance licensing (paid for by the agency)
• Sell and maintain policies once license is obtained

• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual is a huge plus
• Be able to access online study material with a goal of attaining property and casualty and life licensing
