As a Customer Service/Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company, helping customers with their internet, tv, and cell phone needs and promoting our services to potential clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries about our services and products
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Actively promote RTA of Iowa's services to increase sales
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach at all times

• Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
