We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency.

This role combines customer service and sales, providing an opportunity to build strong client relationships while contributing to agency growth through new business production.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy changes and service requests efficiently
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
• Secure and follow up on all required documentation from clients
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests accurately and promptly
• Document all client interactions in CRM system
• Greet and assist all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Accept and process premium payments
• Ask for referrals and promote the agencys referral program
• Return all calls and messages in a timely manner

• Property & Casualty License (pre-license courses provided)
• Strong willingness to learn, be coachable, and take initiative
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
