Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Remote within Shentel's footprint in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and OhioSchedule: Full-time

What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: $15+ per hourUncapped Commission

Estimated Total Earnings: $42,000-$60,000+ annually

Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMAround every 4th Saturday required, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a day off during the same weekOvertime required monthly with the opportunity for additional overtimeSchedules are provided in advance

Dedicated, private workspace requiredHigh-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi-only or satellite connections)Company-provided equipmentPaid training with full attendance required

1+ year customer service or call center experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to navigate multiple systems and handle high call volumeComfortable identifying sales opportunities while supporting customersSelf-motivated and able to work independently
