Our client is expanding their Milwaukee team and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. No previous experience is required—full product and sales training is provided from day one.

Whether you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, or you're looking for your first full-time opportunity, this role offers valuable experience, ongoing coaching, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

In this customer-facing role, you'll represent nationally recognised brands by engaging directly with customers through face-to-face promotional campaigns.

You'll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Promote products and services with confidence and professionalism
• Build rapport with new customers and strengthen brand awareness
• Support customer acquisition and sales campaigns
• Record customer interactions accurately
• Work closely with a supportive team to achieve individual and team goals
