Customer Service & Sales Representative

Were looking for a motivated and peoplefocused Insurance Agent to join our Farmers Insurance team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, youll help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized insurance solutions, exceptional service, and clear guidance.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Client support Assist customers with policy questions, billing, claims guidance, and coverage updates.

• Sales development Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate Farmers products, and close new business.

• Policy management Process renewals, endorsements, and account updates with accuracy.

• Relationship building Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication and customerservice skills

• Comfortable answering phones and greeting customers in the lobby

• Confidence in sales conversations

• Ability to learn insurance products and systems

• A positive, teamoriented attitude

• Willingness to learn in a everchanging industry

• Must get property and casualty insurance license in order to fulfill full job responsibilities
