The Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service, helps retain customers, and identifies opportunities to promote products and services. This role combines customer support, problem-solving, and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone.
Resolve customer concerns and present retention solutions, products, and services.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultative selling.
Process account updates, service requests, and transactions accurately.
Explain products, pricing, promotions, and services clearly.
Handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies.
Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Basic computer, data entry, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
Experience in retention, customer support, or sales environments.
Previous sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Bonus:
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Overtime:
10-hour Monday shift provides 2 hours of overtime
