Key Responsibilities
Process and enter sales orders and work orders with a high degree of accuracy
Enter and manage quotes and RMAs on behalf of a sales team member
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
Document all customer interactions and updates in CRM
Support sales staff with administrative tasks and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and consistently low error rate
Experience with data entry and high-volume processing
Ability to self-check work and correct issues proactively
Comfortable speaking with customersfriendly, confident, and professional
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Dependable, consistent, and able to work independently without constant oversight
Clear communicator who works well within a team and handles feedback professionally
