The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support sales, solve problems, and ensure customers have a seamless experience.

You’ll be a key point of contact for clients after the sale—helping manage orders, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure excellent client experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale
  • Provide ongoing sales and marketing support
  • Process and enter orders (high volume data entry)
  • Coordinate product returns for guaranteed sale programs
  • Respond to sales team and client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order delivery
  • Support cross-functional projects and team initiatives

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience supporting a sales team (retail or impulse merchandise a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling high-volume data entry and multitasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with Shopify, CRM, or ERP systems (Infor SX is a plus)
