Customer Service (SAP Required) $18 - $20 per hour Hoover, AL Our client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

• Support a team of sales representatives
• Accurately enter customer orders and process invoices
• Follow orders through completion and closeout
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• SAP required
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Flexible and dependable
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• SAP experience required
