Advance Services is now hiring a Customer Service / Expediter / Scheduler in Gilbert!

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates
  • Coordinate with production teams to expedite orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate pricing, scheduling, and status updates to customers
  • Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to prioritize workflow and manage schedules
  • Track purchase orders and monitor late or pending orders
  • Maintain accurate job and order information within company systems
  • Support daily operational and administrative functions as needed
Pay
$22–$25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
