We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Scheduling Specialist to support our client’s high-volume, 24/7 service operation. This role manages scheduling, routing, and coordination of field service technicians while delivering exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates are analytical, dependable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Part-Time Contract (W2)
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, assign, and optimize technician workloads
  • Handle inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and customers
  • Support emergency and after-hours operations (24/7/365 coverage)
  • Research, resolve, and follow up on service inquiries
  • Monitor workflow for ~350 technicians across a 3-state region
Schedule:
  • Training: 5 days / week onsite
  • Post-training: Fully remote
  • Required: Weekends (7 AM–6 PM) & Holidays (7 AM–4 PM)
  • Expected: 22+ hours/week (may exceed 36 hours if available)
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with SAP and C4CMobility
  • Solid problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling
