We are seeking a high-energy, professional Customer Service & School Outreach Center Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of inbound support and proactive outbound outreach. You will be the face (and voice) of our company, ensuring every customer feels heard while identifying opportunities to provide them with additional valuable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement: Manage a high volume of outbound calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Consultative Sales: Actively listen to customer needs to recommend products or services that provide genuine solutions.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure a "best-in-class" customer experience.
- Documentation: Accurately track customer interactions and sales leads within our system to ensure seamless follow-up.

- Call Center Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume call traffic in a professional environment.
- Sales Savvy: Experience in Inside Sales or a "consultative sales" environment is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure.
