Since 1997, our Baskin Robbins has been family-owned and operated. For over 20 years, I’ve been blessed to work alongside some of the best crew members anyone could ask for. We’re now looking for someone new to join our team—someone with a good heart, who will treat the store as if it’s their own, and who will respect their co-workers and our customers.

At Baskin Robbins, odds are 99% of the people who walk through our doors either come in smiling or leave smiling. If ice cream can’t brighten your day, there’s not much else that will! We’re proud to be a place where people enjoy working—most of our crew members stay with us two to four years, much higher than the industry average.

What You’ll Do:

• Scoop and serve in Pensacola's best ice cream, cakes, and frozen treats shop
• Greet every guest with warmth and kindness
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work together as part of a supportive, positive team

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly attitude and genuine care for people
• Someone reliable, respectful, and ready to pitch in
• Someone that treats their co-workers with respect and works hard for their team
• No prior experience required—we’ll train you!
• Most importantly: someone with a good heart

Pay & Perks:

• Hourly pay plus tips (cash & credit card)
• Most crew members earn an additional $3–$10/hour in tips, depending on the season
