Salary Range: $37000.00 - $42000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and emails from our policyholders with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Looking into insurance account details to provide accurate and easy-to-understand information.
• Helping clients update their policy details or process payments with precision.
• Recording notes from conversations so the rest of the team stays informed.
• Learning the ins and outs of our insurance products so you can become a go-to resource for our customers.
• Collaborating with your teammates to troubleshoot complex requests and ensure everyone walks away satisfied.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong comfort level using computers and navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with others.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to remain patient and helpful even during busy periods.
• A genuine desire to help people solve problems and find answers.
