Position Overview:
- Provide legal support across areas such as legal operations, litigation/discovery, settlements, risk and controls, legal technology, budget/expenses, and administration.
- Handle a variety of legal support requests from multiple stakeholders, including complex tasks with strict deadlines.
- Follow established legal procedures and processes.
- Conduct analysis and prepare legal or operational reports for review by senior team members.
- Assess and consider legal and business risk in day-to-day decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Escalate and report control or compliance issues with transparency.
- Extract and organize data from legal documents and related records.
