Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: East Windsor, CT 06088 (Onsite) Duration: 5 Months Contract with Possible Extension Pay range: $20-$22 per hour on W2
Job Description:
Under close supervision, maintains contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
Provides support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives.
Limited discretion, able to make decisions or suggestions based on rules or procedures.
Apply skill and knowledge to stable and repetitive situations.
Under direct and detailed supervision with instruction.
Must Have:
Previous experience working as a customer service representative
